WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT? back to top

Posters: Normal turnaround time is 5-6 days plus 2-4 days for shipping. Canvas: Normal turnaround time is 4-5 days plus 2-4 days for shipping. Bag, wallet, and pillow products: Normal turnaround time is approximately 1 ½ weeks plus 2-4 days for shipping.

Shipping can vary depending on your location and the items that you choose. Here is an estimate of turnaround time and shipping for some of our products. CAN I MAIL A PHOTO TO PROSPORTSLOOK AND HAVE IT SCANNED? back to top

Yes. An additional fee of $5.00 will be added. It needs to be at least 4” x 6”. We will return the photo(s) but cannot be responsible for photos that are damaged or lost. CAN PROSPORTSLOOK MAKE MY BAD PHOTO LOOK BETTER? back to top

Yes we can (sometimes). We review all photo quality before printing. If we don’t think its going to work we’ll contact you with in 48 hours. Please be advised that we will do all that we can to make your photo look as professional as possible. There may be an extra charge if your photo requires excessive work. Regardless of what size megapixel camera you may have, setting your camera to capture the largest image possible is always the best idea. You should also make sure the compression settings are at the highest quality possible. This will use a higher quality of jpeg compression.

WHAT TYPES OF POSTER/CANVAS PRINT DO YOU OFFER? back to top

We offer high quality canvas and posters materials. Poster- Our 9mil Satin Photo Paper provides excellent image quality and color depth without the glare issues of high gloss papers. Up to 200 year indoor longevity if kept away from direct sunlight. Canvas-Our 17 mil Matte Decor Canvas is a polyester/cotton blend canvas. It is specifically designed for high volume canvas giclee fine art printing. It is durable enough without a finishing coat that it can be cleaned with water and mild detergent. Longevity is in excess of 100 years indoors.

HOW ARE IMAGE’S FOR BAGS, PILLOWS AND WALLET PRODUCTS MADE AND HOW DURABLE ARE THEY? back to top

Images are actually “baked” into the fabric through what is known as a sublimation process. This sublimation process actually embeds the image into the fabric. The result is an extremely clear image that will not fade, crack or peel. Images are printed on a white, high-quality micro fiber.

DOES PROSPORTSLOOK SHIP TO PO BOXES? back to top

No, unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We recommend having your items shipped to a work address instead if that is possible.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE TEMPLATE IN ONE ORDER? back to top

Yes, you can add multiple products to your shopping cart and still continue shopping.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ATHLETE IN MY POSTER? back to top

Yes, you can have more than one person in your design. There is a charge for this of an additional $10.00 per person. ProSportsLook recommends not more than three people due to loss in detail

CAN I HAVE A TEAM PHOTO IN MY POSTER? WHAT IS THE COST? back to top

Yes, team photos can be used for an additional $5, but the picture will be used as a whole. No individuals will be highlighted. ProSportsLook advises that in order to fit all persons in the file you will need at least 1/2” space around the team in your original photo. Also, no guarantee that each person will be defined in final product.

WILL PROSPORTSLOOK SEND ME A COPY OF THE WORK BEFORE IT IS PRINTED? back to top

For orders over $500 a 3.5 size proof will be sent for approval before printing of the complete order is started. We are currently working on ways to have proofs sent of each order but at this time this is not available to orders under $500.

ONCE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED CAN I ORDER REPRINTS? back to top

Reprints of printed products can be ordered for six months after the original order is placed. No changes to the order can be made at that time. Pricing is subject to change without notice, so please check with customer service for printing prices at the time of reorder.

Before submitting your order to ProSportsLook you will be given an opportunity to give any special instructions you may have. These special instructions are subject to approval, if there is something that ProSportsLook does not understand we will contact you at the contact information given at time of order.

CAN I SUBMIT ANY IMAGE? back to top

You may submit any image as long as it is your own personal property or you have obtained the right or permission to reproduce it. By ordering a ProSportsLook product, you confirm that you own the rights to the image(s) or have obtained relevant permission(s) to use the images(s) prior to submitting an order. PSL will not be held responsible for any discrepancies involving the license holder and the customer who submits the photograph.

At ProSportsLook, we are committed to your satisfaction and to the quality of our products and services. If we make a mistake on your product or if it’s defective, we will replace it free of charge. If you make a mistake on your order, we will fix the problem at your expense. Since all printing work is custom, there are no refunds given on printing work.

Returns and Cancelations

If you would like us to redo your print or product order, you MUST notify us within 7 business days of delivery at customerservice@prosportslook.com. Please check your order carefully. You must return any prints or products before we can do a reprint. Our sole obligation is to reprint any mistakes. All bag, wallet or pillow products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from shipment. If you need to return a bag, wallet or pillow, please Click here

HOW BIG DOES MY DIGITAL PHOTO NEED TO BE? back to top

Images need to be greater than 1 Megabyte. The larger or higher the resolution you have the better quality the results will be. Upload files in a .pdf, .eps, .tif, or .jpg format, in CMYK Color Mode with a resolution of 300DPI. File size should not exceed 50MB. If you’re unsure about your photo, call us at 1-800-775-5116 or Click here to contact our customer service department and we’ll let you know what we think.

WHAT IF MY PICTURE DOES NOT MATCH THE OUTLINE? back to top

The outlines in our samples are only there as a guide. We can take any photo of any one and fit it into our template with no blank or whited out space.

TIPS: MAKE SURE YOU UPLOAD AN ORIGINAL PHOTO. back to top

If you have a digital photo that doesn't look as it should, make sure you don't repeatedly save the file in jpeg format. Each time you save it, it recompressed and more image detail is lost. If you want to work on your file in an image editing program such as Photoshop, save it in tiff, photo shop or some other uncompressed format until you are ready to have the file printed.
